Sign up and procedures for REM SAT MX

Sign up begins at 8am and closes at 9:30 am- no sign up after 9:30

Membership is not required. The REM card costs $30 for the year. The REM card saves you $5 off your entry. It does not apply if you are racing pro or  65cc / 85cc.

If you are writing a check make it payable to REM

You must sign the waiver on the back of your entry as well as the waiver on the clipboard

Place your practice sticker on your front number plate

You will asked to show your handstamp to the starter before you will be allowed onto the track for practice

Riders meeting is held 5 minutes after practice ends at the sign up building

Attendance to the riders meeting is required

You will be given a raffle ticket at sign up, please put your first and last name on the ticket. A raffle will be held at the riders meeting you must be present to win a prize.

The race schedule will be posted after the riders meeting

You may not change classes once the race schedule is posted

Please do not bother the scorekeepers during the race day, questions or protests can be made at the end of racing only.

Please do not enter the sign up building

You must wear a long sleeve shirt and long riding pants during your race and practice-no exceptions

You may ride in the practice 1 and your entered class practice only – no exceptions.  No 65cc / 85cc in practice 1

Plaques are awarded to the top 30% in each class. The top 30% may elect to receive either a plaque, a discount for their next REM entry or a t shirt

Plaques must be picked up within 60 days

Pro pay out is 100% to the top 30%

Violence will not be tolerated on the track or in the pits, any person who threatens or strikes another will be ejected and may be prosecuted and or held liable for injuries or damage

Please fill out your entry completely, REM does not sell or give out any information on any racer to anyone. We need complete information in the event that you are injured to notify your family or to send you information on events upcoming on the REM schedule.

You or your minor child should not race unless you have medical insurance that covers you during a motorcycle competition. California state law requires that operators of off road vehicles possess liability insurance covering them while operating those vehicles

Should you need to change motorcycles between motos, you must inform the scorers before the moto of a different number or you will not be scored.

All motorcycles must have identifying numbers on 3 sides, the numbers must be readable and the same number on all 3 sides, failure to do so will make the rider no receive a score for the moto

The yellow flag is the caution flag – you must slow down, passing is not allowed, failure to follow the cornerworkers instructions will result in a 1 lap penalty or ejection from the event

REM reserves the right to deny access to any individual or competitor to the race track for whatever reason it deems necessary,

REM motocross is designed for the weekly sportsman competitor, as such sportsmanship will be required from all racers at all times
